1. Eligibility

The AddiPress Affiliate Programme ("Programme") is open to any individual or legal entity aged 18 or over ("Affiliate") who applies via the sign-up form at addipress.com/affiliates and receives programme approval from AddiPress ("we", "us", "our").

You may not participate in the Programme if you are: (a) an employee, contractor, or family member of an AddiPress employee; (b) located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law; or (c) previously terminated from the Programme for policy violations.

By applying and participating in the Programme you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Commission structure

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the net purchase price of each qualifying sale. A qualifying sale is a completed, non-refunded purchase of AddiPress Pro (any licence tier) made by a customer who arrived via the Affiliate's tracked referral link.

Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by AddiPress after payment processor fees. If a customer purchases using a discount code, the commission is calculated on the discounted price actually paid.

3. Tracking & attribution

Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link containing a tracking parameter. When a visitor clicks your link, a first-party tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 60 days.

Attribution uses last-click logic: the Affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before the purchase receives the commission. If two Affiliates both referred the same customer, only the last-click Affiliate is credited.

No commission is payable if: (a) the customer clears their cookies before purchase; (b) the customer uses a different device or browser without clicking your link again; (c) the purchase is made via a direct URL with no referral cookie present.

4. Payout schedule

Commissions are paid monthly, on or around the 15th of the month following the end of the holding period (see §5). Payouts are processed via PayPal or international bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) at your choice.

The minimum payout threshold is $50. If your earned commissions do not reach $50 in a given month, the balance rolls over to the following month.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to payments received in your jurisdiction. AddiPress will issue a payment summary upon request but does not provide tax advice.

5. Holding period & refund impact

All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date of the referred sale. This holding period covers AddiPress's 14-day money-back guarantee plus an additional clearing buffer.

If a referred customer requests a refund within the 14-day refund window and the refund is approved, the corresponding commission is reversed in full. If the commission has already been paid out, the reversed amount will be deducted from your next payout.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent purchases will result in immediate commission reversal regardless of the holding period.

6. Permitted promotion methods

Affiliates may promote AddiPress Pro via:

• Blog posts, reviews, and editorial content on your own website
• Email newsletters to your own opted-in subscriber list
• Organic social media posts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Paid ads driving traffic to your own content page (not direct-to-checkout — see §7)
• YouTube video reviews and tutorials
• Podcast mentions and show notes
• Online communities and forums where affiliate disclosure is made and promotion is permitted by the community rules

All promotional content must include a clear disclosure that the link is an affiliate link (e.g., "this is an affiliate link" or "#affiliate" or "I earn a commission if you purchase"). This is required by FTC regulations (USA), ASA guidelines (UK), and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions.

8. Intellectual property

AddiPress grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the AddiPress name, logo, and approved promotional assets (available at /affiliates/assets) solely for the purpose of promoting AddiPress Pro under these Terms.

You may not modify the logo, create derivative works from AddiPress brand assets, or use the AddiPress name or trademarks in your own domain name, product name, or company name.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, your affiliate links will be deactivated and no new commissions will be tracked. Commissions already earned (past the holding period) and not yet paid will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle.

AddiPress may terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate §7 (Prohibited practices) or any other provision of these Terms.

10. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active Affiliates of material changes via the email address registered to your affiliate account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued participation in the Programme after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
